there is an API to do that ...
it is : copyfile
I cant recall all its parameters but it simply take a source file name.
and a destination file name (both including path so you can copy from a dir to another).
and a final parameter to overrite the file if a same name file is found ...
any way you can use the help on it to see all the parameters ...
