ISA & Delphi

Hi guys 

I want to do a new application which is prevent more than one user 
to connect to the Internet usig same user name and password I have 
DC WIN2000 Server and ISA server for connecting users to Internet I 
know that there is many software to do this but I need our own for 
adding some feature. 

My question is I do the program and I need to know How can I get any 
new session made in ISA and which user are connected???
