Hi,
I'm away from my main computer as to check but think i wrote a program to do this very thing as we had a similar situation. As i recall, the program was written in D2 for QuickReports version 1 or possibly 2. I can look for the source code if you want?
All the best,
Charlie Chambers

Subject: [quick-reports] Viewing QRB file without Quick Reports

Is there any application that can open a QRB file? My application
generates a QRB to print, which may be saved to disk, but my customer
wants to view and edit the file before printing. I can't change the
application, so I'm looking for a separate program to view the QRB.
  Is that possible?

  Thanks,
  Kelley
