Louis,
I had a similar situation and i generated a dbf on the fly and dumped the contents of the "old" dataset into the newly created one with all the fields i needed. The new dbf was the dataset i used to generate the report. Don't know if this will work for you but might help?

Cheers,
Charlie Chambers

Subject: [quick-reports] Send report as one printjob

  Hi there

I have a program that loops through a dataset and creates a report using the
parameters of each record, but now there is a bit of a problem. The
quickreport is being sent to the printer as separate printjobs. Any ideas
on how I can send it to the printer as one printjob?

I tried using QRCompositeReport, but this only allows you to add totally
  different reports together AFAIK.

  TIA

  Louis
