I don't speak spanish so I ran your friend's questions through the
Babelfish translator.  From what I can understand the problem is
getting the margins right on different printers.

Technically, Windows and QR are supposed to handle this seamlessly by
simulating each printers specifications and printing your report
correctly.  That is what the print drivers are for.  However different
printers have different quirks which may not be handled properly by QR
at print time.

There is no easy solution.  You could try to fool with the margin
settings to see if you can achieve what you want.  Because your problem
is using an older printer (HP520) you won't be able to get a newer
driver for it which sometimes helps.  My only other suggestion is to
try using a more universal driver such as an HP4si or something
similar.
