Hi all,

I bought a new computer, and installed D5 and other components. With Topaz
(7.51) all seems well, but when I load an old application, which I
recompiled on the previous computer a couple of weeks ago without a problem,
I get:

" The TzGrid1CellClick method referenced by TzGrid1.OnCellClick has an
incompatible parameter list. Remove the reference?"

Error.

I checked by writing a small sample with OnCellClick and discovered that
Delphi seems to be right, but I don't know why.

The newly created program has

procedure TForm1.TzGrid1CellClick(Column: TColumn);

whereas the "old" program has:

procedure TzGrid1CellClick(Sender: TObject; curColumn: TTzColumn);

and

procedure TForm1.TzGrid1TitleClick(Sender: TObject; curColumn: TTzColumn);

etc.

I prefer the "old" parameters... Which is newer?

I wrote to SSI about this 8 days ago and received no reply yet. This is
unusual...

Best wishes,

Eitan.
