TZF - Another file lock violation error

Here's another error #33, file lock error. The last customer who had this problem, we found out that it was caused by a buggy Novell Client. Different customer this time, is using Microsoft networking. Has anyone run into this situation? Client: Win2K OS, Microsoft Client for Windows, No Novell. Server: Win2K OS, Microsoft Networking, No Novell. Active Directory authentication. Users have create/modify permissions in the folders used.
