TZF - Delphi 3.0 and Topaz

Hello

I'am still working with Delphi 3.0. I think, I could improve different
things in my programs. But I hesitate to use the newest version of Delphi,
because it has a to wide field of possibilities. What do you think I could
change to. Delphi 5,6,7 or ???

And where do I get these older versions? especially in German ?
