Hi Phil,

I try to have the datamodule the first form created by the dpr....

uses
   Forms,
   Udatamod in 'Udatamod.pas' {dmod: TDataModule},
   MAIN in 'MAIN.PAS' {MainForm},

I also find that having Delphi autocreate the datamodule helps minimize 
AV's.
