TZF - Grid Row Heigth

Hello All, My question is simple I think. How can I get the height of a row in a TtzGrid? I have a variable number of rows I want to display. I want to adjust the grid heigth to accomodate the number of rows in the grid and no more. Based on the size of the grid I will position other items on the form. At least that's my goal once I know the heigth of a grid row. Any ideas? Thanks!
