TZF - Editing Grid Cells

Thought I would ask my tzgrid cell question again.

Sometimes when I edit a cell in a grid what I type gets appended to the 
end of the existing text. What I want is to have the text replaced with 
what is typed. Like I said it only happens in random rows and I can't 
get a handle on it. 

Any ideas?
