TZF - tzListBox

Hello,

I admit I can be dumb sometimes, usually more often then not, but can 
someone explain to me how to use tzListBox?

I have defined the datasource and the datafield which I would think 
would automatically load the list but it doesn't. I found a procedure 
tzMyList.Items.LoadFromFile (filename) but it generates a cannot open 
file error. 

What I did was add some code to the forms show procedure to pass through 
the database and add items to the list. When I display the list I cannot 
move down the list to pick the item I want. (I am filtering the items to 
add to the list since I don't want to display all of them.)

What is the trick to linking a tzListBox to a database and loading the 
data automatically or with as little fuss as possible.
