I did a quick search using Google and found only one tool called ABC 
Amber that does a conversion similar to what you are looking for. There 
is another tool called Data Junction that performs conversions from one 
data format to another; but that is more than you need. If you upgraded 
to Delphi 8, you could use the .NET classes to create a utility to do 
this. Are you looking for a Delphi unit that you could add to an 
existing project to do conversions?
