[dfmc,cbe] Remove friendlier integer printing.
I had added an attempt to print a friendlier version of integers
in decimal, untagged form.
Unfortunately, this fails on x86_64 targets when printing
$maximum-integer + 1 ... or more specifically, when compiling
dylan-test-suite's constants.dylan.
Just remove this attempt to be nice for now so that 64 bit builds
won't fail.
