  [system,tests] Correctly identify some constant tests.

These bindings (<file-type>, <copy/rename-disposition> and <pathname>)
are noted to be constants in the specification, so mark them as
constant-tests here.

  [system,tests] Remove extra specifications for some classes.

<native-directory-locator> and <native-file-locator> are specified
as part of the file-system module, so we don't need to reference them
here within the locators module spec.

This function no longer exists and isn't listed in the module
specification, so we can remove the test for it.
