[dfmc,debug] Remove usage of binding-name.
* sources/dfmc/debug-back-end/print-object.dylan
(primitive-name on <&primitive>): Remove call to binding-name
as the initial part of the logic here is exactly the same as
what it does. (binding-name looks at the model-variable-name
and then the fragment identifier on it, just like this does.)
