($flag-artificial): New constant.
(llvm-make-dbg-local-variable): Add artificial? keyword parameter.

Bug 7458: Provide debug info for calling-convention parameters
* sources/dfmc/llvm-back-end/llvm-emit-debug.dylan
(emit-lambda-dbg-function): Add a llvm.dbg.value call for each of the
"artificial" calling-convention parameters (%.next and %.function).
