When building dylan-environment via fdmake, a few libraries were
getting built as executables.

* sources/environment/dfmc/application/dfmc-environment-application.lid
  (target-type): Set to DLL.

* sources/environment/dfmc/dfmc-environment.lid
  (target-type): Set to DLL.

* sources/runtime-manager/interactive-symbol-table/interactive-symbol-table.lid
  (target-type): Set to DLL.

* sources/runtime-manager/local-access-path/dummy-local-access-path.lid
  (target-type): Set to DLL.

* sources/runtime-manager/local-access-path/local-access-path.lid
  (target-type): Set to DLL.

* sources/runtime-manager/tether-downloader/experimental-downloader.lid
  (target-type): Set to DLL.
