  [dfmc-testing] Test flow-graph's environments.

This is some initial testing of the flow-graph's environment to
provide a base line for some of the current functionality.

* sources/dfmc/testing/flow-graph-environment-tests.dylan: New tests.

* sources/dfmc/testing/library.dylan
  (library dfmc-testing): Use dfmc-flow-graph.
  (module dfmc-flow-graph-environment-testing): New. This limits the
    bindings visible to the set that we want to test and only exports
    the new test suite.
  (module dfmc-testing): Use dfmc-flow-graph-environment-testing to
    get the new test suite binding.

* sources/dfmc/testing/main.dylan
  (suite dfmc-test-suite): Run the new dfmc-flow-graph-environment-suite.

* sources/dfmc/testing/testing.lid: Build new file
    (flow-graph-environment-tests.dylan).
