  [qa] Remove old test logs.

These are very old log files and have no real use for us. They show
up in greps though, so deleting them sounds good.

* sources/qa/test-logs/1_2-win98-libraries-test-suite.log: Delete.

* sources/qa/test-logs/1_2-winnt-libraries-test-suite.log: Likewise.

* sources/qa/test-logs/dylan-test-suite-1_2a1.log: Likewise.
