  [coloring-stream] Fix library file syntax errors.

The compiler isn't correctly reporting errors in library files
so these had gone unnoticed.

* sources/lib/coloring-stream/library.dylan
  (module coloring-stream-internals): Use correct syntax for
   the key/value clauses.
