  [docs,transcendentals]: Minor cleanup for logn docs.

* documentation/library-reference/source/common-dylan/transcendentals.rst
  (exp): Link to logn as well.
  (log): Link to logn as a function, not a generic function.
  (logn): This is a function, not a generic function. Link to log, not
   logn in the see also section. Minor tweak to parameter text for the
   base.
