  [posix-sockets] Track socket-address for bound & server sockets.

* posix-sockets/socket.dylan
  (<bound-socket>): Add socket-address slot.
  (<server-socket>): Likewise.

* posix-sockets/bindings.dylan
  (bind): Record the socket address when creating the <bound-socket>.
  (listen): Likewise when creating the <server-socket>.
