  Add some tests for basics.

This adds tests for connection establishment and control as well
as some basic (synchronous) execution and result inspection.

* tests/connection-test-suite.dylan: New file.

* tests/result-test-suite.dylan: Likewise.

* tests/postgresql-test-suite-library.dylan
  (module postgresql-test-suite): Use threads to get sleep.

* tests/postgresql-test-suite.dylan
  (suite postgresql-test-suite): Run new test suites.

* tests/postgresql-test-suite.lid: Build new test suites.
