  Allow integer parameter values, add tests.

* postgresql/type-conversion.dylan
  (pg-encode-as-text on <integer>): Implement.

* tests/result-test-suite.dylan
  (send-data-through-database): Helper function to route data
   through a query and back.
  (text-encoding-test): New test to check that some data types
   are handled correctly.
  (suite result-test-suite): Run text-encoding-test.
