  [fdmake] Tell lldb to break on condition display.

When using 'make FDMAKE_OPTIONS=--lldb', you typically are going to
want to break on Kdisplay_conditionY..., so just go ahead and set
that breakpoint up when debugging with LLDB.

* admin/builds/fdmake.pl
  (lldb_arguments): New variable to hold the arguments to be given to lldb.
  (build_library): Use $lldb_arguments when calling lldb.
