  [tests,sql-postgresql] Make SQL postgres-compatible.

This SQL was previously copied from the sql-odbc tests.

* tests/sql-postgresql/ddl-tests.dylan
  (test create-table-test): Use integer instead of number type.
  (test create-duplicate-table-test): Likewise.

* tests/sql-postgresql/dml-tests.dylan
  (insertion-test-body): Use integer instead of number. Use correct
   bind syntax.
  (null-insertion-test-1-body): Likewise.
  (null-insertion-test-2-body): Likewise.
  (null-selection-test-body): Likewise.
