  Bug 7458: Add C declarations for run-time objects

* sources/app/llvm-runtime-generator/llvm-runtime-c-header.dylan
  (print-runtime-object-declaration): New function for emitting
   C declarations for run-time objects.

* sources/app/llvm-runtime-generator/llvm-runtime-generator.dylan
  (generate-runtime-header): Emit a declaration for each of the
   well-known objects referenced by the run-time generator.
