This lets us reference primitives using a type-specific syntax.

* sphinxcontrib/dylan/domain/dylandomain.py
  (DylanDomain.roles): Add 'prim'.

* sphinxcontrib/dylan/domain/dylandomain.py
  (DylanDomain.get_objects): Use REMAP_TYPES to map primitives to
