[dylan] ANNOUNCE: 2012.1 release happening on Wednesday

On Wednesday, I am going to tag the master branch for OpenDylan 2012.1.

I will do builds for x86-darwin and probably x86-linux and upload them.
Volunteers for all other platforms are welcome. (Otherwise, they'll get a
binary build whenever someone gets to it.)

If you have a safe and good fix and want to get it in, today is a good day.
Please don't do anything crazy on Tuesday or Wednesday.

If there's a REALLY good reason why this should be postponed, I'm
interested in hearing it (but won't promise to delay it).
