Re: Better string constants

""#{expression}" is exactly a syntactic replacement for format() where
all the formats are %s. It's extremely handy when you're assembling
things that would have many %s's and many arguments and it's not
always all that easy to mentally match up which argument is going to
be substituted where.

It's only syntactic sugar, but it's very sweet.
