FYI: Jenkins

I've been migrating jenkins to a new machine.

The documentation builds work again, as do basic dylan builds.

However. the setup is incomplete and things just aren't finished.

I'll continue with this tomorrow.

What works:
  - new jenkins
  - SFTP-pushing website and documentation
  - slaves for lucid-{32,64} and precise-{32,64}
  - documentation and website builds
  - 64bit dylan builds

What doesn't:
  - 32bit dylan builds are missing MPS
  - Don't know if github notify works
  - IRC is broken for the moment
  - need to pass out accounts for jenkins or enable signon
  - Windows

With some luck, tomorrow we will have all the linux stuff working.
Windows might be easy or hard, not sure yet.

I am keeping ansible playbooks of the setup of the build slaves and
other such information. I'll distill it into documentation tomorrow.
