I've tagged the tree for the 2013.1 release. Housel will be doing builds
for Windows and FreeBSD. I will handle Linux and OS X.

Please don't commit anything to the master branch until we're sure we have
solid builds on each platform.

We hope / plan to announce the release on Thursday, July 11, 2013.
