Since these are relatively small tasks (in the scheme of things) I'm
willing to try and create the Ubuntu PPA or fix the Homebrew recipe. Given
that building Open Dylan requires a bootstrap compiler Dylan compiler, I'm
not sure how that will work with LaunchPad, though we could host the
package repository ourselves. I believe SBCL has PPA support and have a
similar bootstrap requirement, so I can look at how that is done.
