Today's work

If I don't come into the office, that will give me an extra 90 minutes
for work. Is there any reason any of you would like me to be in the
office today? If not, I'll work at home.

Here's what's on today's menu.

For me, some "heads-down" tasks:
 - Create a reference dataset that we can test/demo against
 - Tweak the implementation of authorizations so they'll be useful :-)
 - Implement the prescription state machine
 - Generate notifications based on prescription state transitions

David and Cyrus will be connecting the front end to the services.

Cyrus, will you please critique the ideas in permissions.py, as we
discussed in yesterday's scrum?

Cyrus, could you remind me what I need to do to create an initial
*empty* database that I can run my initialization code on? What
I'd like to do is simply discard the current 'zapprx' instance I've got
in MySQL and replace it with a brand new one. Once I've got the
good reference data, including some practices and pharmacies,
then I can dump the data. (Oh -- what exact command(s) do you
do to do that?)
