[dylan] Incompatibility with current clang

When building the regular-expressions library with a current clang (like
from Xcode 5.1), you'll get an error that I've diagnosed here:

    https://github.com/dylan-lang/opendylan/issues/695

I've submitted a pull request that fixes this:

    https://github.com/dylan-lang/opendylan/pull/696

This impacts building the http-server which is how I noticed it.
