Without going into details for now, my suggestion is that instead of
having "feature X similar to feature Y in language Z", that it would be,
maybe, helpful to try to define what is the proposed/desired niche of
the language in order to easily justify why there is a need for specific
feature.

Shortly, I believe that more hollistic approach to define the language
in general would be helpful.
