All in all, I'm in favor of this move - especially insofar as it helps to
focus the efforts of the maintainers. However, I think we should recognize
that what we stand to lose is not insignificant:  the one functioning (if
buggy) Dylan IDE, including debugger, profiler, native code generation,
etc.  But Bruce's arguments for dropping HARP all make sense.

I'm probably in the minority in that I still sometimes use Dylan on
Windows, so I might feel the loss a bit more sharply than others. But I
think if we can get the LLVM back-end up and running soon it will really
open up the doors on what we can do for OpenDylan, and not just on Windows.
