I've always enjoyed working on tools and infrastructure, so that's what I'm trying to do in the Dylan ecosystem: just make it so that someone coming to the language doesn't have to write EVERYTHING from scratch themselves. That said, it would absolutely help to have a significant application to work on and help drive the infrastructure development. I tried using the wiki for that, and was working toward making opendylan.org self-hosting, but that fell by the wayside at some point. -Carl On Wed, Sep 3, 2014 at 10:59 AM, Bruce Mitchener <[email protected]> wrote: > Feel free to respond to the earlier thread if you haven't yet, but here's > the next thread! > > What do we all use or want to use Dylan for? > > The idea here is to see what sort of thing we might focus on, based on how > we intend to use Dylan.
