E-on-JavaScript progress: markup-preserving updoc conversion

E-on-JavaScript is now capable of taking an Updoc-containing HTML  
document and converting it into one which will execute the test cases,  
while mostly preserving the original document text and markup.

The next subproject may be to add REPL functionality.
