Vaporware announcement: CapTP on Caja (also, opinions on web servers wanted)

I have applied and been accepted to Google Summer of Code 2009. My  
project is to port CapTP to Caja.

Discussion will occur on the e-lang list; the code will be hosted at  
Google Code. The actual work will not begin until the official start  
date May 23, or I have some free time, whichever comes first.

For testing purposes, I need a web server which can run JavaScript  
code to handle requests. I am ignorant of the field. What is a good  
choice of web server/web framework and JavaScript implementation?
