Recaptcha working on wiki again

Hello,

So, after some more mucking around, it seemed that under no
circumstances (even calling an external program like /usr/sbin/dig)
would the php recaptcha module successfully do name lookups.  Why?
Don't know.

I ended up restarting Apache, and now everything is working.  Why?
Don't know.

Remind me again why I work with computers...
