Wiki spam heuristic proposal

How about rejecting on the server any edits (by non-admininstrators)
to wiki.erights.org which create new pages whose names end in "/" or
contain ".php"? It seems like nearly all of the "fake message"/text
spam posts have one of these properties, and stopping them at the
point of creation would eliminate a lot of the need for created-but-
protected pages.
