You're correct. My comment was wrong. However, looking at gitorious, I see
you also answered there, and I also received no notification. Looking at my
Dashboard, it says:

> You aren't watching anything yet.Click the watch icon to get events feeded
into this page

However, I don't see anything that I'd describe as a watch icon. The only
plausible icon, when clicked on, merely takes me to <
http://gitorious.org/~erights/watchlist.atom>, which I've now subscribed to.
But my Dashboard still says the same thing.
