I've just made a few UI changes:

- Changed the "(choose)" text to say "(problem)", and highlighted it in red.
- The tooltip was referring to a button that no longer exists; it now
says to double-click.
- Double-clicking now defaults to showing the Versions tab.

Also, I noticed that tooltips weren't displaying reliably on my
current system. Since we now depend on GTK >= 2.12 anyway, I replaced
all the custom tooltips code with the new gtk.Tooltip system, which
seems to help.
