When I had initially brought up the machine, the wiki wasn't working.
I think it was because of the Apache setup, which was referencing
wiki.erights.org. However, that name was not pointing to the new IP
address. And for whatever reason, even though I had the
wiki.erights.org name pointing to the right IP address in the
/etc/hosts file, it didn't seem to help.

Now that I think of it, I think OpenBSD has a resolution order
directive (similar to /etc/nsswitch.conf on Debian systems) and I do
*not* have a resolution order directive in the /etc/resolv.conf file.

So at the time (I was in a rush) I just changed the Apache config to
use the IP address instead. Now the DNS is resolving correctly, I
change change the config file back to the way it was.

Next time we'll be on a more up-to-date Ubuntu box, and hopefully
everything will be easier to configure. I haven't spent much time
trying to migrate the wiki to the new box; it has been crazy busy at
work recently.

James
