wiki.erights.org hostname config is still broken

wiki.erights.org still thinks its canonical hostname is its IP address, which is causing it to generate inappropriate URLs and so interfering with performing authenticated actions and spidering.

Please fix. It is making the daily spam-fighting unnecessarily tedious.


If it is convenient while you're working on this, please enable the MediaWiki API, as this will assist in the upcoming specification/testing project. <http://wiki.erights.org/w/api.php> claims that it is straightforward to do so.
