For the page history, I don't think the full import will clobber the
existing pages (it didn't for the main page), so that may be safe to
try right now.

The images will take a little longer, because these need to be
re-uploaded I think.  Unless there is a way to easily import them too.

For user accounts and contributions, I think at this point reCaptcha
wasn't really working well for us.

So I'm planning on having new user accounts be sysop-approved.  And
only logged-in users may make edits.

Opinions?  It was Kevin who was doing the majority of the spam removal.
