I've uploaded the images using a handy script.  Uploading the wiki
page history wasn't as crazy-slow as it was initially for the
just-current-version import.  That all looks fine.

So... I think everything is back in place.  Please browse around and
see if there is something missing.

After the DNS update, I then need to rejigger the Apache setup so that
it thinks it is wiki.erights.org.  I think that is the last step.
