Great! I've poked around and haven't found any URL-related problem (but I can reproduce the related-changes error).

By the way, I noticed that the interwiki link table seems to have been lost (e.g. links to wikipedia:foo are showing up as local), and I don't see a page to edit it from. Could you restore the original interwiki table?
